Julia Millman, Director
Julia is a Digital health leader who has successfully led a broad range of public and private sector programmes across the UK including leadership of the exemplar Leeds Care Record and the shared care record development of the Yorkshire & Humber Care Record. She has worked with clients throughout the whole transformation lifecycle from strategy development through to benefit realisation. She is passionate about digital health transformation and her strength lies in building trusted relationships with stakeholders and empowering multi-disciplinary teams to achieve their goals. She is currently Programme Director for HDRUK's hub for cancer DATACAN as well as supporting Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust with its Research & Innovation Programme Portfolio.
Julie Snowdon, Director
Julie has a long-standing successful career within local authorities and across the health and social care system. She has delivered several major multi-site local and national projects and gets immense pleasure in seeing the outcomes she delivers in helping citizens and patients. She is particularly proud of her success in delivering crucial services to vulnerable people in Leeds and feels that this experience has given her an excellent grounding for developing other dynamic and complex services, leading teams through complex change roadmaps, and developing cultures that are people-focused. Her leadership skills are valued by clients who recognise her ability to stay focussed on achieving successful outcomes.
Kate Mansfield, Senior Associate
Kate is a Digital Health Consultant and Strategist with a proven track record in digital strategy and EPR software development. She has over 17 years of Cerner Millennium experience gained from supporting implementations in the UK, Australia, and Europe with responsibility for UK Product Roadmap and global market assessments. She has a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges that technology and data bring to healthcare and provides invaluable experience helping healthcare organisations to articulate and plan their information, technology, innovation, and transformation goals.
Wendy Myers, Senior Associate
Wendy has over 15 years experience delivering projects to a high standard and has extensive experience in PMO environments. Wendy brings a diverse range of sectoral experience to the team, having enjoyed working in social housing, development and regeneration in the public sector for the past 5 years. Prior experience includes Digital, EDI, policy implementation, financial services and utilities. Wendy is delivery-focused, value-driven and particularly enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver sustainable change. She also puts these skills to use outside of work, as Trustee and manager of a registered UK charity.
